Nowadays, there are so many different types of tattoos, methods and techniques used. With our amazing Medical Grade Laser Machine, we can treat them all. The only difference with the types of tattoos being treated, is the number of sessions required.

For tattoo removal, the colours that the Laser can target are:
Black, Blue, Red & Purple. (These are most effective)
We can also treat Orange/Brown. (However, we cannot always guarantee removal with these colours. Often, more sessions are required.
What CAN’T We Treat?
With Tattoo Removal, we are unable to treat Green, Yellow or White Pigments.

How We Remove Tattoos with Laser
At Pure Emporium Skin & Laser Clinic, we use our Medical Grade Laser machine to remove your unwanted tattoos. Using this amazing technology can dramatically reduce the appearance of your tattoos, and often remove it completely!
But how?
We use Q-Switch Laser - Known as the Gold-Standard Laser when it comes to Tattoo Removal..
Q-Switch Lasers generate a high-powered and extremely short-pulsed laser light. These are the most effective for tattoo removal treatments. The laser light is absorbed by the tattoo ink particles, which then breaks them down into smaller pieces. Your lymphatic system kicks in and works to absorb and disperse the ink. A gradual fading of the tattoo occurs over a series of treatments.
The Journey with Tattoo Removal
Let’s break it down…
Step 1 - You would come and visit us at Pure Emporium Skin & Laser Clinic, and receive a Laser Tattoo Removal Consultation. During your consultation, we will talk about your concerns and what you're looking to achieve and discuss your personal goals. Together we will build your laser treatment plan and remove all the guesswork. You will also receive a patch test from the machine. Your Consultation price is fully redeemable off a Course of Laser Treatments purchased.
Step 2 - It’s now treatment time. During your appointment, the area being treated may experience instant whitening of the tattoo, swelling around the area, or even pin-point bleeding. You should also hear an audible click when the Laser is targeting your tattoo. This is a great sign that the treatment has been effective. (We cool the areas during your treatment, to keep it comfortable. As well as applying a Light Soothing Gel to calm the skin.
Step 3 - Over the following days, swelling or small blisters may form over the tattoo. This is normal - please do not pick these.
Step 4 - Treatments are spaced 8-12 weeks apart, and during this time, you will hopefully begin to see fading of the tattoo.
Step 5 - The number of sessions required can vary for each tattoo, depending on the type of tattoo and the colours used.
Step 6 - After a course of treatments, your unwanted tattoo will be dramatically faded or completely removed!
