HOW LONG DOES SKINCARE TAKE TO WORK?

Are you the type of person that tries something, doesn't see results within a week, and then shoves the bottle of whatever you’re using in the drawer and start searching for an alternative? If so, this information is definitely for you!

SKIN NEEDLING / MICRO NEEDLING AT HOME

Needling the skin is something that is SUPER effective… when it's done in the correct way, with the correct tools, following on with the correct products!

What's the purpose of micro-needling? It's designed to push your active topical skincare deeper into your skin. The needles create tiny little channels where the products saturate to lower layers of the skin, and we always hit home about getting the products to the lowest layers will create more change - FACT.

The truth is, when you move up the scale with your Vitamin A levels, your skin becomes more protected, which is exactly what we want, but it also means we need to do more to get what we want to where it needs it - which is where the needling comes in.

WHEN SHOULD I START USING ANTI-AGEING PRODUCTS?

We hear the statement: 'my mum's skin was amazing so mine will be too!’ frequently as well.
I don’t want to be the fun police or anything but this isn’t necessarily the case…

We control 80-90% of the way our skin will age. It’s a fact that 80-90% of the way we age is determined by what we do to the skin. Sun exposure, stress, alcohol, smoking, diet, digestion - all of these things will hugely impact the ageing process long-term.

This means that only 10-20% of the way we age will be down to genetics. So if you’re solely basing how you think you will age on those further up in your family tree… you may well be disappointed.

Maybe you think you should start using anti ageing skincare when you turn 30? 40? Perhaps when you hit the big 5-0?

Salon Policy for Beyond the 19th July!

As of 19th July 2021, the country is finally returning to Pre-Covid times and you can officially enjoy more freedom and less rules!

You may have your own opinions on this, and we completely respect that. It’s important that you still do whatever you feel comfortable with.
